Accessible HR is seeking a part time Human Resources Assistant. This person will support the COO and have the opportunity to work on various projects related to recruiting, salary reviews, and research projects. In this role the selected candidate will have the opportunity to learn interview techniques and see the entire hiring process from job announcement to offer acceptance. Some of the duties are:
Responsibilities• Resume review
• Editing of written ads, interview notes and marketing material
• Conducting of reference checks
• Take on marketing projects that will help the strategic goals of the company.
Requirements• Student or graduate with a BA/ BS in business, marketing, human resources or related field
• Clear communication skills
• Flexibility, integrity and high level of customer service are a must
• Some knowledge of SEM and marketing is a plus
