This is a great opportunity to work in a corporate environment while gaining valuable hands on Human Resources experience. This is a Part-Time (approx: 20 hours per week), paid internship. The hours for this position are flexible within our normal operating hours of M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist with various HR projects and paperwork
Assist in the maintenance and auditing of personnel files
Work closely with team members helping to implement and maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Assist with company wide benefits open enrollment
Assist with new hire enrollment and orientation
Effectively prioritize assignments and stick to deadlines
Other duties as assigned
MUST BE Current student in pursuit of Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
Strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to keep information confidential
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office and other technology effectively
Ability to multi-task
Candidates should be able to work flexible hours.
