ResponsibilitiesRoles and responsibilities: Relationship manager/IT Recruiter
• Serve as a liaison between ITechMotion INC. ‘s consultant(s) and Vendor(s)/Client.
• Coordinating resume submissions between the recruiter, vendor and the consultants
• Managing employee/consultant contracts for those in India and the US (templates and reference emails present) and immigration documents of OPT/CPT/H1/GC/USC consultants
• Follow-up on prior submissions made by the marketer
• Make sure the consultant has made apt corrections on the resume before marketer submits it to the client/vendor
• Monitor the quality/quantity of daily submissions by the IT Recruiter/marketer
• During online corporate training, coordinate a training schedule and make sure the training runs smoothly
