Provide direct support working within Insight Strategies Group Talent Acquisition area. The HR / Recruiting Coordinator will provide analytical, administrative and other professional level Human Resources work. This opportunity will allow the selected HR / Recruiting Coordinator to learn and execute upon real projects which directly impact the full lifecycle executive recruitment effort. This will encompass building candidate generation strategies (heavy emphasis on social media channels), researching targeted individuals with specific experience and expertise, contacting individuals directly to discuss interest in specific roles, and shadow experienced recruiters to learn and optimize the hiring process.
Partner with the staff members to support the execution of the end-to-end hiring process. Duties to include, but not limited to, the following:
Perform significant research to strategically identify candidates for critical job openings
Assist in organizing recruitment campaigns aimed to attract targeted candidates/candidate pools
Create customized job descriptions and advertisements for open roles
Post recruitment ads on various job boards and schools
Review resumes and conduct initial screens
Support the offer process as needed
Responsible for ensuring tracking system is properly updated
May be currently enrolled in an accredited university (ideally senior year or higher) and maintain GPA of 3.0 or higher.
