Description

Support the Human Resources function by maintaining all personnel files; entering and maintaining data; provide administrative support; on-board new employees, schedule interviews, and provide assistance to HR Director.

Responsibilities

As an HR Assistant, some of your responsibilities will include:

Recruiting, interviewing and assisting in employee selection
Conducting employee orientations and exit interviews
Administering different types of protected leave, Workers Compensation & ADA
Enforcing company policies
Managing personnel files
Maintaining superior customer relations
Contributing to the overall operation of the store

Requirements

No experience required. We offer all the training.
