We are located in Maryland but this position is completely remote.

ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Generalist Job Duties:
Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
Organized with effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented, with an eye for quality standards
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills-Must be able to work as part of a team, as well as complete assignments independently.
Knowledge of analytical programming and statistical packages
Strong work ethic and commitment to getting the job done
Self-motivated for continued learning and growth
High degree of flexibility
Accepting of change and uncertainty
