DescriptionThe Human Resources Intern will work closely with the Human Resources Department, specifically as it relates to the Recruiting, Administration and Training and Development of employees. You will support and participate in activities such as research, recruiting, video/graphics creation, and development of educational content. Interns will participate in company initiatives and will receive specialized training. Part time interns will be expected to maintain a minimum of 15 hours per week. Full time interns will maintain 40 hours per week throughout the duration of the internship.
Responsibilities Participate in team and departmental meetings as required.

Requirements Participate in the creation, maintenance and implementation of a virtual based learning management system, including but not limited to: development of video modules, animated PowerPoint trainings and virtual webinar learning sessions.
Learn the functions of the Human Resources department within the structure of the overall organization, specifically the impact on our company’s culture and business process management.
Participate in the creation of individual learning modules including virtual training modules, webinars, self-guided learning, quizzes and supporting learning documentation.
Participate in live training sessions, either as a participant or as a trainer, facilitating mini-sessions, lunch-and-learns, half-day and full-day training programs.
Lead projects based upon needs of the department, and be able to flawlessly execute on all assignments within the prescribed deadlines.
Collaborate with different departments in order to provide T&D support to areas of business where it is needed most.
