Hillcrest Event Center is looking for a motivated individual looking to learn industry experience as a Human Resources Manager. Throughout your term with us, you will learn techniques for dissolving employee frustrations, and helping the employee team building process. We have multiple departments all which work hand-in-hand with one another, and will be a great chance to begin that first step for those looking to make Human Resources a career.

Responsibilities

-Create job descriptions, responsibilities, and requirements
-Research from job books and internet to find job information
-Assist in hiring of interns
-Assist in conducting interviews with candidates
-Evaluating candidates that are qualified for a position
-Work closely with Human Resources manager in daily tasks and duties

Requirements

-Passion for Human relations
-Strong organizational skills
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multitask
-Enrolled or recently graduated in a field of study related to Human Resources
