We are looking for great interns for a unique opportunity to learn business, HR and recruiting practices while seeing how a successful and growing company opens a brand new location.
ResponsibilitiesJoin PeopleShare's Newark, DE team as an intern with Human Resources focus!
Complete prescreen interviews with new candidates to gather appropriate information in accordance with company policies prior to placement.
Administer the processing of new candidates and new contractor information ensuring for completeness.
On a daily basis, ensure the integrity of the file completion process by gathering credentials in accordance with company policies and client requirements prior to placement of candidates.
Generate business by updating candidate availability information continually, maintain general awareness of open job orders and surfacing matching candidates.
Submit job postings to schools and organizations and contact contractors from call lists to inquire about interest and qualification for open orders.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Complete common administrative tasks on a daily basis.
Review applications and rated applicants based on search criteria.
Complete common Human Resource tasks on a daily basis.
RequirementsReliable and able to show up to internship when scheduled
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Flexibility and able to adapt easily
Must be currently enrolled in a college or university
