We are searching an Intern to join an innovative Human Resources Department reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
While we grow as an organization, it is necessary for Human Resources and Recruitment to keep up with our non-profit's major resource, our employees.
Apply your confidence making phone calls to conduct candidate reference checks, use your solid computer skills and learn the (ATS) applicant tracking system to research candidates who have applied, learn how to source for candidates by digging into social media and connecting with prospective employees, take on projects that will involve strategy, research and analysis. Be a contributor at staff meetings, learn to work as a team member within Human Resources, and work independently as an individual contributor.
Located in Dedham at our headquarters, you will be involved with insightful research and sourcing to identify quality candidates. Screen resumes, conduct reference checks on candidates before hire, place ads, learn how to use a resume database system for researching and adding information, and take on other projects as assigned.
With this terrific opportunity, you will learn more than the basics of talent acquisition, and then be able to add it to your resume. Flexible weekdays and hours, preferably three days a week within our hours of operations of 9am to 5pm.
