DescriptionThis internship is a 13 week program with the potential to receive a performance based bonus. You will get key experience working with a industry leading Fortune 200 company. As an intern with us you will get experience in a busy HR team implementing managing new employees induction as well as maintaining current employee details and contracts. We service all types of industries and businesses, from technical operations through to manufacturing, professional services, government business, and retail – large, medium and small. Your ability to set interviews, on-board new hires and find your replacement is instrumental to the success of this internship.
ResponsibilitiesHR Administration (30%)
Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondence, reporting requirements and documentation, including personal details of all new staff members and updating and accurately maintaining data of all existing employees.
General HR Duties (70%)
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Co-ordinate all recruitment activities and induction process for new starters
Be accessible and respond to staff/manager enquiries in a timely manner
