Assist in the area of talent acquisition.
Assist with researching trends in Human Resources.
Assist the Human Resources Manager with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
Assist with the maintenance of employee files, documents and paperwork. Ensure confidentiality and legal compliance with employee and company related information.
Assist in organization, development, and compilation of corporate policies.
Observe the recruiting and interviewing process. Learn how to source and view candidate resumes, interview strategies, process, and follow up procedures.
Learn and assist with the company’s medical and health benefits including Open Enrollment process, vacations, FMLA, and 401K.
Understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective.
Learn about the Human Resources function and how the role contributes to the well-being of the business.


Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college / university.
Halston internships are unpaid and the student must be able to receive academic credit.
Must be able to provide proof of academic credit. Before applying, please confirm with your Internship Center.
Skill Requirements:
Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of computer competency.
Applicants should be self-motivated, organized, willing to help with any project no matter how large or small, and able to balance multiple priorities at once.
