DescriptionSeeking intern to assist in protocol and development of human resources program involving 45+ employees in a manufacturing setting. Working directly under the office manager this candidate will need to show extreme attention to detail, ability to work well with spreadsheets detailing out costs, as well as have a friendly outward demeanor to ensure employees confidence.
ResponsibilitiesMaintaining and updating employee handbook
Maintaining and updating all current employment and code laws required by California and Federal Government
Reviewing and Cost Analysis of Employees
Reviewing and Cost Analysis of Benefit Programs
Program pays stipend of $300/month for part time interns and $600/month for full time interns
RequirementsProficient in ALL MS Office Programs
Experience in California HR helpful but not required
Exemplary Research Abilities
Experience with ADP helpful
