The goal of an internship in HR with East Coast Kids Inc. is to apply knowledge acquired in the classroom to real world situations, as well as gain the skills and experience that is necessary to prepare the student for a successful career in human resources. Our virtual internships allow you to work and become a part of our team with any busy schedule. We want you to succeed with your academics and gain the experience you need in your field. Our internship programs are a fit for just anyone. As a HR Intern you will be able to recruit and manage the staff and the incoming interns for ECK. Your responsibility is to manage the incoming emails, recruit and manage the staff, participate in college recruiting events to represent the company and potential candidates, set up interviews and meetings including conference lines/video conferences.

Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
Ability to develop and present ideas and initiatives
Working towards a degree in Human Resources or related field
Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Ability to self-motivate and work with diverse population
