DescriptionBruegge Recruiting Group is looking for a goal oriented, ambitious individual who is seeking to learn more about the recruiting aspects of Human Resources to join our team in an Entry-Level Recruiter/Human Resources Recruiting internship. This is a remote position. If you are hired in Colorado then we will be working collaboratively.
As a Recruiting Intern, you will be working one on one directly with the owner of the company. The owner will act as a trainer and mentor for the intern providing direct supervision with weekly and daily calls and emails. We will meet in person weekly or bi-weekly if local. The majority of the work will be done remotely if the student wants.
The Recruiting Manager will be learning all aspects of recruiting and staffing within the HR environment. They will have hands on recruiting training and coaching and recapping of all of their work to show how the aspects of their work directly affect the business itself and in return build their skills and knowledge of the HR recruiting field.
ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include learning over the phone recruiting representing major Fortune 500 client, as well as assisting the President in daily office tasks needed. This will be an educational, open environment where you'll be assisting a new company in growing its business while learning about recruiting and the ins and outs of running a business.
- Screening resumes
- Prescreening applicants over the phone
- Scheduling multiple candidates for interviews
- Managing communication between managers of offices across the country
- Keeping an organized progress report and results weekly
- Work one on one with the business owner helping with daily operations
- Utilizing the applicant tracking system and electronic tracking systems
