The Staffing Recruiter is responsible for achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates in order to hire the best possible talent. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

Relevant education or experience

Typical office environment
Great benefit package with starting wage of $45,000-$55,000/yr.
Candidate does need to reside in New Jersey

1. Develop and execute recruiting plans based on organizations objectives
2. Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; newsgroups, job sites, social media, etc.
3. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
4. Review with managers the effectiveness of the recruiting process.
5. Monitor the status of background and drug screens.
6. Assist with on-boarding process of new employees.
7. Manage the preferred temporary process and vendors.
8. Assist with orientation sessions for newly hired employees.
9. Process offer letters and new hire paperwork.
10. Assist Human Resources Department with other projects as assigned.

1. Finger dexterity for computer usage.
