ResponsibilitiesGeneral responsibilities will be sourcing, and qualifying technologists and building relationships with candidates and clients. We have a vast client base that requires attention, and creative solutions to finding top recruiting talent are always encouraged. Candidates should be very comfortable using the phone and social media, as much of your business requires this. Compensation is a driving factor, and your individual performance and hard work is closely aligned with your success. You will be recruiting people from top tech companies, telecoms, finance, etc. so communication skills are key.
