We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual that is interested in a career in recruiting. This is a great internship to get started in learning about the ins and outs of recruiting. We are an insurance and legal recruiting company, and are looking for a recruiting assistant to assist with recruiting, screening candidates, setting up interviews, etc. This is an internship, but if the individual is able to really impress us then there may be an opportunity to be hired with the company after the completion of the internship. Other day to day duties include, data entry, answering phones, posting advertisements, updating Excel Spreadsheets, general administration.

Responsibilities

Assistance with events, calling prospective attendees, marketing, updating social media etc.

Requirements

Must Haves:

Great telephone manner
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Work independently
Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Skills
Excellent follow up
Task oriented
Excellent writing skills
