- Sourcing top qualified candidates for firm
- Scheduling interviews for our VPs
- Assisting with onboarding process and paperwork
- Preparing hiring materials
- Oversight the hiring and interview process

ResponsibilitiesIntern Candidate will on a day to day basis be sourcing new candidates from our database of resumes and reaching out to them to schedule initial interviews with our VPs. The intern will be able to oversee the interview process from first interview to final interview. The candidate will help with background checks and assist with on boarding paperwork. Candidate will also be able to experience the environment of a fast pace work culture in a financial firm setting.
RequirementsGreat communication and phone skills
Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented
Ability to work well in fast pace environment
Exhibit high level of professionalism, particularly on the phone
Interest in Human Resources, Finance, or Recruiting
