DescriptionThe Recruiting Intern plays a vital role in the identification of future talent and maintenance of NueRecruit’s highly utilized applicant tracking system (iCims). Under direct supervision, the Recruiting Intern will perform administrative, candidate sourcing and project-driven activities, which require in depth use of this applicant tracking system, job boards and Microsoft Excel. The primary duties will be to assist the recruiting team in finding viable candidates for open positions as well as the facilitation of candidates through the recruiting process.
Responsibilities•Maintain the applicant tracking system by ensuring that all candidate information and activity is up to date
•Use a variety of website and resume databases to find candidates for open positions NueRecruit's clients
•Proactively source potential candidates and add them to the applicant tracking system
•Connect with potential candidates via telephone and email to engage them in the NueRecruit's recruiting process
•Complete various projects as assigned
•Post jobs to various job boards as assigned
Requirements•Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday during normal business hours
•Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of business experience, preferred experience in recruiting, Human Resources, or customer service environment
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel
