Paid Internship for Motivated College Business Student - Recruiting Intern (15-20 Hours per week)

Are you ready to separate yourself from the pack? It’s time to bolster your resume with real-world experience that future employers WANT to see.
We’re looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented (and good at Corn Hole) college Junior or Senior who is ready to experience what it’s like working at a cutting edge recruiting firm.

Additionally, we work with some of the fastest growing companies in the Boston and New York area allowing you the chance to learn about them and learn what they are looking for in candidates. The ability to pick up on this information as well as other job search tips has incredible value that you will not be able to learn anywhere else.
Responsibilities
• Become part of the recruiting team and provide support to senior recruiters
- Research and find potential fitting candidates for client’s roles
- Execute outreach to candidates by cold-calling and sending written messages and staying engaged with them throughout the recruitment process
- Assist senior recruiters with qualifying potential candidates by conduction pre-interview phone screens
- Research competitor companies for clients to build lists of companies to recruit out of
• Assist with administrative recruiting duties
- Update contact information for candidates
Requirements
Experience and Skills Required
• Strong interpersonal skills
- Becoming part of the recruiting team requires being able to communicate effectively with recruiters and take direction in order to meet deadlines and reach goals.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills
- You will be speaking and communicating with some high level candidates that expect clear and concise information.
• Not afraid to pick up the phone and speak to candidates
- Great for learning how to cold-call, but need to be willing to push yourself outside of your comfort zone and be assertive and confident.
• Strong organization skills
- Working on a number of different projects requires ability to organize both mentally and physically.
• Computer savvy – You will need to learn staffing and recruiting software quickly. Additionally, you will need be able to hunt down contact information which can require coming up with new ways of executing the process

Requirements

Junior or Senior in a Business related field or HR Highly desired.
