We are looking for a detail oriented, energetic, and motivated Recruitment/HR intern who eagerly wants to gain experience in a recruiting environment. The intern will be primarily responsible for assisting with recruiting related activities but may also have the opportunity to assist with special HR projects as they arise. You will be learning how to recruit top talents for FDG, understand the needs of the company and the talents you are for in each department, develop strong company culture and more.


-Assist the HR manager
-Post open positions to appropriate job boards, sources resumes and identify potential candidates based upon job requirements.
-Review resumes and selecting applicants meeting specified job requirements.
-Schedule candidates interview, facilitate onsite or Skype interviews.
-Conduct on-site interviews with hiring manager, assist with selection process and processes offer to selected candidates.
-Update and managing the company events calendar.
-Assist with other administrative duties related to Recruiting as required.
-Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in the handling of confidential information.


- Ability to work independently as a self-starter as well as be a team player
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Works best in an environment with many moving parts, and as part of a team.
-Thrive under pressure and in a fast paced environment
-Is a quick learner, a creative thinker, and a problem solver
-Superior verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees of all levels across the business both in-person and over the phone
- Excellent written and verbal skills (native English speaker or close-to-native proficiency)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel and Outlook)
