WILLARD POWELL RESEARCH
The Willard Powell Research team is the firm’s post sales delivery engine. Research team members conduct best in class research, determine competitive intelligence gathering and sourcing strategies. Under the direction of the firm’s Head of Research, team members contribute to the firm’s ongoing retained search and research assignments.
The goal of this role is to elevate Willard Powell’s Research team by providing administrative and research support.
•Perform administrative duties related to Research, including: •Formatting candidate resumes
•Updating internal research: cleaning and scrubbing data
•Submitting candidate profiles into our client’s applicant tracking system •Posting and cloning job requisitions
•Conduct research for the firm’s clientele by effectively generating names of top quality candi dates
•Building a candidate pipeline of passive candidates using social and internet websites to identify passive candidates
•Building a candidate pipeline of active candidates using our internal postings and refer- ral base to identify active candidates
Requirements-Willing and able to commute to Stamford 2-3 days a week
-Current enrollment in a bachelors degree or graduate program
-Strong attitude, aptitude and professional experience with outstanding interpersonal skills including strong self-motivation, focus and passion for hard work
-Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new skills and abilities
-Desire to work collaboratively and build relationships with colleagues and clients
-An entrepreneurial spirit, creative spark and an excitement for building a business
-Strong commitment helping others (e.g. responsive to emails, phone calls, proactive in providing feedback and maintaining communications with candidates and clients)
