Description

If you are a college student who wishes to pursue a career in Human Resources or Staffing, this position could be great resume builder to be considered for jobs in HR. You will be employed at our offices in Westerville, OH, a suburb of Columbus.

National Register USA is a national recruiting firm specializing in finding exceptional sales and sales management talent. We develop strong relationships with our client companies and conduct searches for them all across the United States. We maintain a data base of thousands of candidates and place them as: Sales Representatives, Account Managers, Pre/Post Sales Support, Sales Managers, Major Account Representatives, National Account Representatives, Branch Managers, Directors of Sales, Vice-Presidents of Sales. Responsibilities

This is a flexible hours position that exists to support the search efforts of our recruiting staff and help to populate our database with quality sales candidates across the country. Some of the major duties include: 1) processing the candidates who respond to Internet ads by electronically downloading their information to our database; 2) updating candidate records; 3) assisting with e-mail project campaigns; 4) searching Internet job boards on behalf of our clients; 5) posting of recruitment ads on the Internet job boards; 6) properly coding the candidate's files so that they are made available for recruiter searches.

Requirements

To be considered, you must be currently enrolled in a college in Central Ohio or recently graduated and living in the Columbus area. We need someone with good verbal and written communication skills that is savvy with the Internet and would enjoy doing on-line research. We prefer students who will remain with us for more than one semester/quarter, and who might want to remain with us after graduation. An opportunity for full time employment is available for interns that are interested in a career in staffing.
