Responsibilities*Research through internet, social media websites, blogs etc and identity subject matter experts across different technology platforms.
*develop creative workflow strategies and processes on identifying key players across niche industries.
*Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs
*Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates thru creative sourcing techniques
*Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
Requirements*The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in research using internet and relevant technologies.
*Concentration on the following subject/coursework is highly desirable: Liberal Arts, Business/ Technology,Human Resources.
*Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high sense of urgency environment.
*Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent.
*Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
