Description

The Security Architecture intern position will be hands-on role, driving several aspects of data-discovery projects and implementing data-protection mechanisms and mobile solutions. The intern(s) will develop data-protection software and hardware solutions and participate in Threat Modeling of complex security systems. The candidate(s) will gain significant understanding in delivering comprehensive architecture specifications for complex security solutions.

Planned Responsibilities:
-Identify appropriate solutions and designs that will best prepare the company to meet future business objectives: Data Protection Architecture and Mobile Security Architecture.
-Complete data-protection mechanisms and mobile solutions evaluations of technologies, designs and solutions.
-Ensures inclusion of Visas business vision, current business environment (internally and externally) and technology and industry trends to enable results that drive Visas business.

Qualifications
- Preferred majors include: Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, graduating with a Bachelors or Masters degree in 2014-2015.
- Preferred experience: Database & SQL knowledge.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to deliver with high quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills with an ability to influence and develop relationships with key partners.
