Web Developer Intern: Are you a front-end developer with an eye for design? We are looking for someone to come in and work with our design team on building out a standards repository (both design and code) that would serve as the base for all of the clients public websites. This position requires the ability to balance business/design needs with development standards and scalability demands. You must be able to define the structure for complex web sites from the ground up and developing well-written front-end code: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax and more. We are looking for someone who understands how to design and structure a website/application for site speed and future maintenance and can work well with back-end developers and UI designers. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Entry level of web development experience. Position includes: 2 days a week- assisting existing staff with the following: Riding with field service tech, performing tasks such as hardware upgrades, network switches, router installations, hands on experience with VM ware and Windows servers; network cabling. The internship may evolve into a full time position for the right candidate.
