We also assist with professional license and liability, regarding the suspension and revocation of licenses for doctors, dentists, dental hygienists, nurses, real estate agents, teachers, LVNs and other professionals. In addition to our expertise in employment, the scope of our practice is expansive. We take on cases pertaining to family law, including divorce and custody issues; probate, wills and trusts; municipal law-zoning and planning commissions; and criminal offenses.

1. Assist in the development of an overall outreach plan to alert the public of the upcoming launch of the new client you have gained for Lucentra Corporation. Work with and report to the Consulting Intern and CEO. 2. Open on-line files for new clients you obtain and keep all files organized. 3. Schedule calls with clients and write up results of meeting. 4. Gather data and key information of all clients and submit to the CEO. 5. Conduct research 6. Send weekly or emails as necessary updating the client on your/our progress. 7. Build and maintain email lists of potential and current clients you have built relationships with. 8. Answer the phone, check messages, return phone calls, and prepare general correspondence, answer emails, during your working hours as determined. 9. Organize Weekly meetings 10. Manage Marketing Representatives 11. Successful completion of the 90 day internship includes Letter of reference, the ability to apply site to portfolio and keyword generation (name listed as a keyword for work completed during to internship). 12. Successful completion can lead to position as Senior Managing Director of Consulting Division

International Rivers is a non-profit research and advocacy organization headquartered in Berkeley, California, with staff and consultants currently working in Brazil, China, India, South Africa and Thailand. International Rivers supports communities around the world in protecting their rivers and rights. We work to halt destructive dams and encourage better methods of meeting needs for water, energy and protection from floods. International Rivers China Program (http://www.internationalrivers.org/node/433) investigates Chinas domestic and global environmental footprint through the lens of dam building. We are seeking a part-time China Program Intern for 16-20 hours per week for six months (with the possibility of extension) starting in March/April to assist with program activities in Beijing, China. The ideal candidate for this position is bilingual, web savvy, possesses solid communication, writing and editing skills, and is committed to our mission. The intern will be an integral part of the China team, will communicate with International Rivers global staff and partners, and will contribute to print and web publications. There may be opportunities to travel within China.
