Aertight Systems, Inc. located in Millersville MD is seeking a Computer Repair intern to work part time for Spring-Summer 2013. Aertight Systems, Inc. provides technical service and support for information systems to the Baltimore-Annapolis area for small to medium businesses and residential customers as well. This Computer Repair intern will be asked to perform basic PC troubleshooting tasks and will document their work in Connectwise (ticket management software). The intern will be under the direction of the primary Desktop Technician. This position is an unpaid internship and will be part time, 15-20 hours per week. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the logistics of all workshop implementation. He or she will track event details from the planning phase through implementation, coordinate consultant travel, ensure all materials are printed and delivered appropriately, and complete expense reports after workshops are completed. He or she will also be responsible for managing office files (physical and electronic), opening mail, responding to emails, answering phones, and maintaining office supplies. Competent workers will be given more responsibilities depending on their ability to execute tasks effectively and efficiently. This is an exciting time in the business as we transition more into e-learning and explore social-mobile technology. This is a fast-paced environment and candidates must be able to multi-task and prioritize a variety of responsibilities. Many other tasks with databases, scripting, programming, research available depending on length of internship. Growing company with possibility of paid employment after 150 hours.
