Web Developer Intern: Are you a front-end developer with an eye for design? We are looking for someone to come in and work with our design team on building out a standards repository (both design and code) that would serve as the base for all of the clients public websites. This position requires the ability to balance business/design needs with development standards and scalability demands. You must be able to define the structure for complex web sites from the ground up and developing well-written front-end code: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax and more. We are looking for someone who understands how to design and structure a website/application for site speed and future maintenance and can work well with back-end developers and UI designers. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Entry level of web development experience. Experience with HTML Experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Experience with JavaScript and AJAX; Experience with JavaScript libraries (JQuery, Ext JS, etc); Ability to interface with UI designers and discuss tradeoffs between design and ease of development Experience building user interfaces for customer/consumer facing websites and web-based applications Experience defining code/design standards and creating styleguides Demonstrated thought leadership around cutting edge technologies Must have strong verbal and written communication skills PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Java Server Pages (JSP); Experience with JSTL or other tag libraries;

Description: Java/Spring Software Developer with Strong Knowledge in J2EE! Must be hands-on and technical savvy...this is a position with well funded start up company.
