More About AddyFax:
Shortly after moving into a new place, many of us have discovered certain things we wished we would've known before signing the lease or escrow papers. Perhaps it was recurrent mold in the bathroom, or a dog next door that barked incessantly, or an unresponsive landlord, or an unsupportive management company. AddyFax exists to minimize the surprises in the moving experience by giving you all the tools you need to make an informed decision! AddyFax is a full service website that allows users to look up a reported history of reviews on a specific address and the surrounding area. We also leverage public data to identify desirable features of residences and neighborhoods—as well as undesirable features and potential unsafe issues.

Oftentimes, a renter and buyer will occupy their new residential or commercial space unaware of issues that have not been properly addressed or disclosed, which can cause severe health issues or create an unsatisfactory environment. Addyfax will act as a place of accountability and information for consumers, property managers, real estate professionals, and contractors.

Research your "addy," get a comprehensive report, and write a review about your current experience. Before you move, get the peace of mind and facts from AddyFax!
