DescriptionWe are an early stage tech startup that is working on creating harmony for renters and landlords everywhere. We have a 7 person team based out of Menlo Park, CA and everyone in the early stage team has significant experience in a variety of domains/disciplines in well known internet companies in the valley.

We have 2 positions for Operations Interns and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running setting up operations, which will include a deep variety of learning (process creation and documentation, handling customer queries/issues, handling a call center, working with the head of operations on defining operational processes)
Creating operational documents and flows
Handle customer calls when needed and understand/document customer pain points
Create process documentation when needed
Create operational flows
Doing some basic financial modeling
Monitor call center usage/metrics
Create presentations/spreadsheets to handle operational activities
Train remote call center workers (as needed)
Build partnerships with service providers
At the end of it, we understand that you have a passion to learn and may be interested in other areas as well and that is something we are open to
RequirementsWhat we are looking for:
Familiarity with handling customer calls and speaking with customers
Experience of familiarity or interest in learning how to build partnerships with other SMB’s/companies as needed
Understanding of basic finance terminology
Familiarity with google docs/spreadsheets
Familiarity with creating process flows (with tools such as lucid chart or ppt or any other tool)
Familiarity with setting up a call center including choosing locations, shift management, measuring call center and call center metrics
Ability and interest to take on managing (potentially) a remote call center
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Deep understanding of the tech space
Someone who knows how to have fun
