The Position

We are hiring an experienced SEM Specialist with in-depth expertise in Google Adwords, Bing, Yahoo or Baidu optimization, who demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of SEM campaigns. A proven track record in successfully managing paid search campaigns is a must.

The successful candidate will participate in campaign set-up, daily management, and delivery for sites in 30 different countries globally. You will be joining a talented and growing team of online marketers, working on a range of online marketing activities to build market share in their regions.



Day-to-day campaign management activities for paid search and display campaigns, including bid management, strategy development, ad copy testing, keyword research, technical campaign requirements and ongoing optimization
Maximize profits by developing and crafting Google display advertisement, planning and deploying PPC campaigns
Good analytical skills to gain high quality scores and significantly improve PPC campaigns
Track and update traffic patterns through PPC or cost per click, as well as Adwords management
Reporting to SEM manager on key KPI metrics, operational improvements and execution of defined strategies
Hands-on experience of setting up and managing enterprise scale bid-management technologies, such as Kenshoo, Marin Software, etc. would be an advantage


The Candidate

Graduate from a reputable university
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Self-motivated with passion for success
Previous experience in Google Adwords, Bing, Yahoo or Baidu CPC would be an advantage
Experience in implementing new bidding technologies, automation capabilities that enhance SEM efforts
Ability to write and optimize ad copy through A/B testing
Experience in gathering insights from multiple data sources and making informed decisions to improve performance of search campaigns; good knowledge of Excel and Access
Outstanding client handling and communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent project management skills, to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
Proven ability to be up to date and savvy with fast changing online marketing trends
Ability to generate and execute new ideas and innovative policies across marketing work streams
High energy with proven ethical integrity
