Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Developer and Project Manager

Noxster is looking for a sharp and creative SEO Developer to work with our creative team and clients. As a world-class marketing agency we strive to be on the forefront of all facets of SEO. In order to support this challenge, we are looking to build a top of the line tech team that can address the myriad of obstacles that the Search Engines throw at us. The desired candidate must be able to exercise critical thinking and be exceptional at task management. You will be working in an industry that is progressive and fast-paced…and a resume builder whatever your future holds.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include

* Client Interfacing
* Optimization of websites (descriptions, titles, keywords, content, social media)
* Fixing broken code, interfacing with creative writers, and posting on social media
*Setting up custom tracking scripts
*Ecommerce tracking implementation
*Creating Filters with Regex
*Event Tracking/Goal setup
*GA Experiments for mufti-variant testing (preferred)
*Experience creating MCF Chanel Groupings preferred
*Custom Attribution Modeling experience strongly preferred

*Designing and editing would be preferred

Requirements

Experience
*BA/BS in Computer Science or 3+ years relevant work experience.
*Minimum of three years experience doing SEO work for clients.
*Excellent Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript - including AJAX and JSON. JQuery Javascript library experience preferred. Python, Ruby, Java and PHP experience strongly preferred.
*Experience with popular CMS platforms including Wordpress, Magento, Drupal, Joomla, etc - with an emphasis on Ecommerce.
*You must be local and be in the Culver City office on a daily basis.

Expectations

*Expected to retain existing business, while pursing profitable growth opportunities in assigned clients accounts.
*Web Design Management a plus .
*Weekly meetings with clients to address and fix technical issues with complex client websites.
*Manage calendar for multiple projects at once and manage time effectively.
*Internal team interfacing with creative copywriters, social media team, and public relations to explain workflow and timelines of suggested projects.

Knowledge of the various Google algorithms and familiarity with common SEO tools. API experience a plus.
