KPI Auditing: Gather data and perform basic analysis on Key Performance Indicators (metrics) for multiple teams and processes. Assist in implementing and analyzing temporary process metrics for process and performance improvement opportunities.Through these activities the student will learn basic Lean and process measurement skills, basic data analytics, and how to use that information to develop improvement opportunities.
