Title: Intern, GOC Operations Location: US-IL-Chicago Job Number: CHI005384 Assist our Global Operations Center-Rooms Senior Vice Presidents with the Brand Standards Revisions for Grand, Regency and Hyatt Brands being conducted in coordination with Brands and LRA. Standards are being rewritten to become more experiential and outcome oriented as opposed to being overly prescriptive. Will require high quality written communication skills and an organized thought process into the development and organization of the standards. Once Grand, Regency and Hyatt Brands are complete, we will commence on the same exercise with Park Hyatt, Andaz, Hyatt Place and Hyatt House. In addition to the above, the intern will participate in the organization and development of the All-Inclusive Brand(s). Project Deliverables/Objectives: * Brand standards for Grand, Regency and Hyatt Hotels written and organized to fit into the Brand Books. Begin development of the Brand Standards for Park, Andaz, Hyatt House and Hyatt Place. * Brand Standards Communication Plan (in concert with Brands) will be loaded into communication tool like SharePoint or Hyattconnect. * Partner with GOC-HR for the development of training materials for the Brand Standards The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
