Qualifications

Project Delivery Assistance: Assist Project Managers on completing basic project delivery documentation per methodology standards. Students will job shadow this role and be exposed to learn basic Project Management skills, agenda setting, meeting control, and delivery process documentation such as using a Risk Matrix to identify problems and potential solutions. Process Mapping: Map and document key processes related to existing procedures and/or customer experience. Priority will be on processes monitored by regulatory controls.Students will learn basic Microsoft Visio skills as well as how to map processes using Swim Lane Diagrams.The students will be exposed to and gain understanding of basic credit card and transactional processing, applicable regulations, and viewing business operations through a customer experience lens.

TV Visual Coordination (Back Stage Coordinator) - Fall 2013 Internship

Overview of the Internship Opportunity:

Learn about live television production, with an emphasis on product display for retail TV.
Attain knowledge of the live show and product display that is not taught in class.
Gain first-hand experience to the point where the student knows what to expect when going out into the real world.
Get behind the scenes exposure to studio production in a live, 24/7 environment.
Get behind the scenes exposure to product styling and Talent interaction.

Lighting Grip - Fall 2013 Internship

Responsible for the daily lighting set-up and maintaining the lighting of sets while under close Supervision. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Studio lamp checks, maintaining a clean and safe working environment within the studios
  • Prepping lighting equipment before each show
  • Hang/power/dress lights

  • Changing lamps gels

The MIS Intern will provide second level desktop support for Clemens Food Group team members.
