Responsibilities

KPI Auditing: Gather data and perform basic analysis on Key Performance Indicators (metrics) for multiple teams and processes. Assist in implementing and analyzing temporary process metrics for process and performance improvement opportunities.Through these activities the student will learn basic Lean and process measurement skills, basic data analytics, and how to use that information to develop improvement opportunities. Mistakeproofing: Identify an execute on basic mistakeproofing improvements such as automation or standardization of documentation.

Qualifications

Specific skills will be taught as per Lean and Green Belt improvement concepts. Project Delivery Assistance: Assist Project Managers on completing basic project delivery documentation per methodology standards. Students will job shadow this role and be exposed to learn basic Project Management skills, agenda setting, meeting control, and delivery process documentation such as using a Risk Matrix to identify problems and potential solutions. Process Mapping: Map and document key processes related to existing procedures and/or customer experience. Priority will be on processes monitored by regulatory controls.Students will learn basic Microsoft Visio skills as well as how to map processes using Swim Lane Diagrams.The students will be exposed to and gain understanding of basic credit card and transactional processing, applicable regulations, and viewing business operations through a customer experience lens.

Overview of the Internship Opportunity:

Learn about live television production, with an emphasis on product display for retail TV.
Attain knowledge of the live show and product display that is not taught in class.
Gain first-hand experience to the point where the student knows what to expect when going out into the real world.

Get behind the scenes exposure to product styling and Talent interaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Shadowing Visual Coordinators and Visual Specialists.
Assisting Coordinators and Specialists with day-to-day responsibilities including: unpacking, steaming, sorting, verifying quantities and quality, creating displays, table trafficking and other aspects of broadcast product display.
Completing offline Projects that could include: product prep, prop and supply maintenance, product return, or other Departmental needs

Minimum Requirements:

Classes in Television Production or Design, or related subjects. Some retail experience is helpful, but not required
Some experience dealing with Customers or Guests.
Punctuality and regular attendance
Juniors and seniors preferred
In order to participate in our TV Internship program, you must be earning college credit
Must be able to participate in a minimum of 20 hours per week
8 to 12 weeks, depending upon length of semester

Overview of the Internship Opportunity:

• Learning each position related to the broadcast field
• Attaining further knowledge of the live show that is not taught in class
• Gaining first hand experience in every position to the point where the student knows what to expect when going out into the real world
• Gain exposure on working with live show team, hosts, guests, partners and other departments that touch the live show

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Working within Producing department to gain a better understanding and experience in a live show atmosphere. Assistant Producer:

• Executing the daily responsibilities of the AP position.
• Additional department needs when applicable.
• Attending daily and weekly team meetings

Minimum Requirements:

• Classes in Producing and/or Production with an understanding of content (be it graphic or video in nature)
• Detail-oriented and good at managing projects, timelines and deliverables.
• Some knowledge of HSN is a plus
• You must be enrolled in your Junior and Senior year
• In order to participate in our TV Internship program, you must be earning college credit
• Ideal candidate will be able to aid in an entire project- from start to finish. This is availability based, but thats for ideal learning as well
• Must be able to participate in a minimum of20 hours per week
• 8-12 weeks, depending upon length of semester

Dresses sets for assigned shows following standards created by the Sr. Creative Director to effectively support the live broadcast. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Attends to the visual needs of the show from day to day
• Researches current trends in fashion, interior design etc. for set designs.
• Maintains resource library for sets department.
• Maintains and tracks prop inventory.

Minimum Requirements:

• You must be currently enrolled in your Junior or Senior year, preferably in a Creative Design Degree
• Detail-oriented and good at managing projects, timelines and deliverables.
• In order to participate in our TV Internship program, you must be earning college credit
• Must be able to participate in a minimum of 20 hours per week
• 8-12 weeks, depending upon length of semester
• Interested in pursuing a career in a design related field
• Intermediate level knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge and understanding of basic design principles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to build and maintain good working relationships with a diverse group of individuals and personalities

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Works either individually or as part of a team.
• Must be able to comprehend, read, learn, and understand instruction both written and oral

Responsible for the daily lighting set-up and maintaining the lighting of sets while under close Supervision. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Studio lamp checks, maintaining a clean and safe working environment within the studios
• Prepping lighting equipment before each show
• Hang/power/dress lights
• Focus fixtures
• Changing lamps gels
• Grip and expendable inventories
• Move lighting equipment as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• Working on degree in related field or equivalent work history in related field
• Juniors and seniors preferred
• In order to participate in our TV Internship program, you must be earning college credit
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for 8-12 weeks
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems
• Basic knowledge of studio equipment including sets, props, cameras and lighting equipment

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The MIS Intern will provide second level desktop support for Clemens Food Group team members. Support tasks include but are not limited to the resolution of desktop problems not resolved by first level helpdesk personnel. The performance of scheduled desktop software and hardware upgrades as well as installation of new hardware and software. Serve as a point of contact for problems that requiring further escalation.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The resolution of trouble calls logged thru the Liquid Care Response Center.
The installation of new desktop hardware and software.
Upgrade team member desktops and software.
Document problem resolutions thru the Liquid Care Response Center.
Communicate problem solutions to other team members as well as helpdesk personnel.
Troubleshoot, repair and replace other network devices such as printers, projectors, phones, scanners, PDA's, etc.
Serve as a project team member for project level efforts such as Profile migration, Exchange upgrade, etc.

Requirements POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
?College degree in progress with major or minor in IT.
?Knowledge and experience loading and maintaining Microsoft operating systems
?Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
?Experience with computer hardware and network components
?Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic Qualifications:

• Working toward a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, and/or related field.
  
• Experience writing code in and debugging: C#, HTML

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to understand and quickly learn to write code in the following: C#, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, CSS, TSQL, and other typical .NET languages.
  
• Knowledge of software lifecycles.
