A client of ours in the greater New Haven area has an immediate need for an Accounting Assistant for a special project. The primary responsibilities for the Accounting Assistant will be to sort and organize invoices. The invoices will be a combination of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, knowledge of these functions is required but there will not be any processing of payable or receivables. Some of the invoices are stored in files and need to be taken out and sorted.
