The Distinguished Events Intern will primarily assist with projects related to Discovery Ball 2013. Responsibilities for Discovery Ball will include: developing new ideas for the silent auction, preparation for the silent auction including writing item descriptions and handling acknowledgements; data entry and report generation, managing the attendee list; assisting with the preparation for Board of Ambassador meetings and other projects as assigned. The intern will report to the Director of Distinguished Events in our Illinois Division office located at 225 North Michigan Avenue in Chicago.
