INTERNSHIP PURPOSE AND REPORTING STRUCTURE This internship position reports to the Director of Special Events and Manager of Special Events. The Special Events Assistant assists in the design and implementation of special events in support of PSO operations. The main focus for this position will include the Annual Gala and Soiree on Friday, September 27th. Other events may include Parties of Note, Fiddlesticks birthday party, Donor Benefit Events, and Young Professionals Events. This internship also coordinates with the Individual, Corporate and Government teams to make sure that fundraising events complement their efforts.

General Responsibilities: The Web Technician, under the direction of the Web Designer, develops and programs web projects, and executes Internet strategies resulting in web page design for brand image creation and maintenance, product marketing, promotions, information transfer and technical support. This person assists in the development and management of assigned Intranet and Internet projects for the agency and its clients. Duties: Team with a Web Designer to develop site architecture for new websites and pages Develop programming code for assigned web projects based on creative and marketing strategies stated in approved proposals Test web programming to ensure functionality for active websites Regularly update active websites maintained by the agency, both by programming code for new information, and updating existing programming code to ensure sites stay functional as technology changes Inform Web Manager if server problems occur on any agency managed or maintained interactive properties; assists in helping to resolve all such problems Make digital backups of all agency programming projects for off-site storage Perform other reasonable tasks relating to the mission of Infinity Concepts as assigned

The Account Coordinator provides assistance to the Account Manager in the day-to-day management of accounts and develops the skills necessary to advance to the position of Account Manager. Duties: Gather and assemble background information and analyses as needed by the Account Manager in development of creative briefs Provide administrative assistance to the Account Manager on day-to-day activities for assigned clients, including responding to client phone calls and emails, handling mail/packages, etc., to ensure continued progress of client workflow Provide input in planning stage as requested by the Account Manager or Director of Production. Assist in mailings, word processing, reports, proposals, correspondence, and other materials related to account service (except billing, production quotes, media plans) and prepare the above for client meetings. Also assist in the compilation and assembly of meeting packets as directed by the Account Manager Handle paperwork and maintain files on all client activities, their competitors and their industries; maintain client correspondence file, approvals, copy, forms/documents, supplies for daily processing and tracking of account service work, etc. Take minutes at meetings and distribute to appropriate personnel as needed Perform other reasonable tasks relating to the mission of Infinity Concepts as assigned

General Responsibilities: The Communications Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the internal scheduling and flow of work throughout the agency. Under the Director of Production, the Communications Coordinator coordinates the timely and efficient movement of all jobs through all agency departments. Duties: Open all jobs in CurrentTrack, establish workback schedules, review and distribute change orders, close jobs, and generally maintain all communication within the CurrentTrack system including all hard copy job jackets Regulate the flow of work between Client Services and Creative on a daily basis Notify Account Managers when necessary to contact clients for any materials, information, etc., required to complete scheduled projects Regularly inform Client Services about the current status of all jobs in progress in creative/production, based on input from Director of Production Report any problems affecting due dates to Account Manager after being advised by Director of Production Generate weekly profitability reports for client services Assist VP, Director of Production, and Account Managers with tasks as necessary Perform other reasonable tasks relating to the mission of Infinity Concepts as assigned

General Responsibilities: The Content Developer provides assistance to the Account Manager in the concepting, writing, editing, producing and posting of content for social media, blogging platforms, and inbound marketing campaigns for client and agency initiatives. Duties: Gather and assemble background information and analyses as needed by the Account Manager in development of content related projects. Write for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogs, as well as inbound marketing projects. Provide administrative assistance to the Account Manager on day-to-day activities for assigned clients, including writing and posting content to social media channels and community management. Handle paperwork and maintain files on all client activities, their competitors and their industries; maintain client correspondence file, approvals, copy, forms/documents, supplies for daily processing and tracking of account service work, etc. Take minutes at meetings and distribute to appropriate personnel as needed Perform other reasonable tasks relating to the mission of Infinity Concepts as assigned

General Responsibilities: The Graphic Designer, under the direction of the Art Director, fulfills approved design work and complete internal production requirements by use of computer layout/illustration/pre-press software. Duties: Complete all computer layout work/camera ready art assigned by Art Director Produce all artwork according to Art Directors specifications, working with Art Director to achieve desired results Prepare proofs for review by Creative Director, Art Director, Account Manager, and client In conjunction with Art Director, research and order all digital output when needed and work with vendors to coordinate correct digital output and transmission of pre-press artwork prepared on computer. Confirm all production deadlines with Art Director/Account Manager Review all work for errors/omissions with Art Director prior to turning in work for Account Manager and client approval Make all requested changes/corrections promptly and correctly May be asked to assist in research and preparation of digital images for use by the web team on websites/interactive properties Perform other reasonable tasks relating to the mission of Infinity Concepts as assigned
