The intern will work with members of the Security Engineering organization to assist in the development, implementation and deployment of computer-based systems to meet business requirements. Application Developers analyze, design, construct, train, and implement application systems. Activities include code development, documenting decisions, adhering to standards and communicating with business groups. Other responsibilities may include providing standards/guidelines for development, responding to customer/client requests or events as they occur, and developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.
You must be an active College Student working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Security, Information Systems or equivlant with a minimum overall 3.0 GPA.
The successful candidate will have interest or experience in some of the following:
Database development skills including design and development of stored procedures, user defined
functions, and SQL Server Agent jobs.
Programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, SQL, Adobe Air/Flex with ActionScript, Java, and
Developing applications for platforms including Adobe Air/Flex, Java, .NET, SAP CRM, HTML5, and
Microsoft* Office* Suite
Operating systems (Windows* and/or UNIX*)
