Description

Assisting support team with internal issues performing remote server and network maintenance for clients. Troubleshooting Tier 1 type issues and ticket escalation.
On a monthly basis prepare reports on IT Network and Help Desk issues for clients.
Work with techs on preparing quotes for clients’ hardware and software; working with clients and making sure all critical components are included, and assisting with and facilitating IT projects.

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining good customer relations. Generally deals with representatives and customers concerning matters that require some tact and resourcefulness. Contacts with other personnel including engineering and purchasing departments.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of training and interest in technology services.

One year in an entry-level customer service job. Typing skills and some knowledge of CRM necessary.

Previous background should include knowledge of IT systems and networks as well as demonstrated ability to dealing with business customers.
