DescriptionIdeal candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision, follow orders via email and provide proper documentation upon case completion. You will work remotely from your dorm/apartment/home so you are required to have a working internet connection and cell phone. You will also be required to visit customer locations as needed. Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities- Respond to helpdesk tickets via email or phone
- Remotely troubleshoot and resolve tickets
- Dispatch to customer location as needed
- Document customer networks
- Perform network checks
Requirements- Have IT competency in the following: Windows XP, Vista, 7, Understanding of networking principals, ability to troubleshoot hardware on desktops/servers/printers.
- Help desk experience is a plus
- A+ Certificate is a plus
- Possess skills in analyzing, formulating, trouble-shooting, and synthesizing
