This position requires existing Linux knowledge. Candidate must reside locally and be able to work in our office located in Pembroke Pines, FL.

The candidate will perform Linux server administration including user management, software installation, troubleshooting, monitoring and other system management functions.
Other responsibilities include helpdesk functions such as desktop and peripheral support, printer support, Windows OS support, network


- Coordinate with teams to determine system scaling needs
- Contribute in improving functionality and performance of computer systems
- Deployment of new servers


Have IT competency in the following:
- Enterprise Linux (CentOS, RHEL)
- Ability to administer Linux from the command line (Requirement)
- Ability to troubleshoot OS related problems
- Ability to install software and configure linux services
- Familiarity with Apache, Tomcat and mySQL
- Understanding of Network communication and configuration
- Understand how computers and software can increase efficiency
- Possess skills in analyzing, formulating, trouble-shooting
- Attention to Detail
- Familiarity with System Security Best practices a plus
