Description

Lordstone Corporation is an executive search consulting firm that assists business owners, boards and senior level executives when locating, assessing and selecting the right leadership is a matter of critical importance.

Responsibilities

Some of the tasks we are looking to accomplish but aren't limited to:
data entry, drafting letters, printing letters, addressing envelopes and mailing, keeping an organized database of contact information, scheduling follow-up calls, some marketing calls. For example, we may want to reach out to 500 people and introduce Lordstone Corporation to them. This would be done by mailing a letter to each of them and following up with a call to ensure they received the letter, gather any information, document it and relay to your immediate supervisor. Again, just an example.

This person will be working 10-15 hours per week on a contracted basis.

Requirements

The type of person we are looking for is an educated male or female in the Escanaba or Gladstone area that has the following skills:

articulate
organized
professional: written and verbal
documentation and note taking
Microsoft excel
time management (will be working on their own)
