RequirementsWe are looking for our next Rock Star! Someone who will demonstrate excellence in most or all of the following competencies:
Ability to self-study and achieve high academic results.
Experience with technical writing and documentation.
Minimum of one of the following certifications CCNA, MCITP/MCSA, VCP.
2-3 years hands on experience within a technology support or implementation environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Technologies: Active Directory, Exchange, Server 2008 R2 and 2012, Lync, etc.
Working knowledge of Cisco switching and routing and voice, technologies.
Working knowledge of Virtualization and Data Center technologies including storage.
2-3 three years proven success in customer service environment.
The confidence to seek out help from co-workers or leadership.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Positive work ethic and the desire to work as a team to develop and deliver the best engineering practices in the industry.
Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Minimum Requirement: Have or be working toward BA, BS or Associates in Computer Science Field and/or equivalent years of experience
