DescriptionAs a Business and QA Analyst intern at EA3 Solutions, you will develop knowledge about the business through exposure to functional areas across multiple industries. You will focus on developing the BA/QA skills needed for success by assisting professionals with day-to-day job assignments. You may be assigned to additional training or project work.
We're looking for current students enrolled in a computer science, information systems or other technical program or recent graduate in I.S. area.
1- Perform research and analysis of internal and industry trends, business products, and competition to help determine optimal business solutions.
2- Gathers user requirements used for applications or systems
3 -Draft technical documentation such as requirements, screen mock-ups, diagrams, and test plans for the application supported
4- Create routine status reports to internal management and business stakeholders
5- Create testing standards by drafting test cases
6- Manage defects status to resolution
Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Possess strong technical skills, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to provide information in a clear, concise manner.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships and work in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Effective analytical skills to gather information, analyze facts, and draw conclusions.
Ability to work a minimum of 4-5 Hours a day (April-June)
