Description

RepTime is an (Enterprise Resource Planning) ERP platform used by Sales Representative Organizations and Manufacturers within the Wholesale Industry with it's main office located in the World Trade Center in Dallas, TX. RepTime delivers the software, web solutions and consulting to some of the biggest names in the Toy, Gift, Home Decor and Fashion industries. Our solutions help sales organizations manage and track their products, orders, invoices and commissions.

I do want to mention that this internship position is available any time of the year and it can be part time or full time. Once the first 3 months are completed we will do an evaluation and pay will start the 4th month.

Responsibilities

The Customer Support Technician is responsible for providing functional and technical support. Responsibilities include working client contacts to troubleshoot, document, and resolve technical and business process related problems.

Serve as the first point of contact (via phone, email, Remote Desktop support, and sometimes in person) for user base regarding software and data product questions and issues.
Documenting, researching, tracking and resolving customer software issues in a timely manner.
Review customer requests, contact customers to clarify requests, and ensure that all necessary information is obtained.
Develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors and when needed create or assist in creating workaround procedures.
Monitor issues in a ticketing system and escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources according to established operating procedures.
Continually communicate issue resolution progress to customers and maintain favorable client relationships.
Maintain a working knowledge of all RepTime products and technologies.
Onboard training of new user organizations

Requirements

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in related discipline or relevant equivalent experience required
Experience supporting or using software or web applications
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric attitude
Fast learner at ease communicating via email, phone or in person who has the ability to multi-task effectively
Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or CRM applications and familiarity with trade associations, wholesales or retail industry
Advanced computer skills ie. MS Office, SQL, etc.
Prior experience supporting software applications is a plus
