Responsibilities

Projects and Tasks at Hand:
• Get your hands dirty by configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, maintaining and supporting company workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices and phones
• Provide Level 2 support to end users by troubleshooting and resolving issues within published SLA’s
• Collaborate with hardware and software vendors
• Help coordinate help desk tickets
• Be a team player and participate in 24x7 on call rotation

Requirements

About You:
 You are working towards a degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or other technology related degree
 Your work ethic is strong and you have a positive attitude with a sense of urgency
 Rare people and communication skills with strong customer service orientation
 Analytical with strong troubleshooting skills
 Your able to manage your time effectively so you can take on multiple priorities
 Familiar with Microsoft Windows Operating systems – Windows 7 & 8, Windows Server 2008 & 2012
 Demonstrated working knowledge of TCP/IP, Active Directory, VMware, MS Office Applications
 VPN, Routing, Telephony, or Firewall knowledge a plus
