Description

Appetize Technologies, Inc. is a cutting edge enterprise point of sale solution seeking an intern to assist with the Help Desk. The ideal candidate enjoys technical problem solving and working directly with clients to assist them with any support requests.

Responsibilities

- Respond to requests for support received via incoming telephone calls, Help Desk tickets and chats
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and attention to detail
- Document customer information and detailed problem descriptions, diagnosis, and resolution
- Must possess excellent written, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
